Cull & Pistol Opens in Chelsea Market; Rouge Tomate’s Cart Returns to Central Park

• Cull & Pistol, the restaurant from the folks at the Lobster Place, will open on Tuesday for dinner in Chelsea Market. The menu will feature seafood dishes and an extensive raw bar. [Grub Street]

Rouge Tomate’s ecofriendly food cart is back and will be parked on 64th Street and Fifth Avenue near the Central Park Zoo. • Supercollider, a new coffee shop/bar, will open in South Slope on Friday. It will offer eighteen beers on tap, 40 Weight Coffee, and sweets from Colson and Margaret Palca bakeries.
