Circles Celebrates Thai New Year With Eight-Course Collaborative Feast

Happy New Year
Happy New Year

After four weeks of collaborations with five top local chefs that resulted in more than 24 amazing dishes, Circles Thai chef-owner Alex Boonphaya is pulling together an eight-course feast this weekend at his NoLibs location that serves as a sort of best-in-show from his recent guest chef series to celebrate the astrological passage known as Songkran, or Thai New Year. The dinner runs $50 per head, and includes dishes created by former Stateside chef George Sabatino, Corner/Corner Foodery chef John “Chainsaw” Taus, SoWe’s Jennifer Choplin, Time’s Sean Magee, and Dettera’s Jeffrey Power.

The dinner will be served for just three nights only, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It’s BYO, of course, and in addition to the guest chef-inspired dishes, Boonphaya will also offer an eight-course vegetarian dinner. Reservations are highly recommended. Check out the full menu below.
