Bo Muller-Moore has been fighting to sell his “Eat More Kale” T-shirts since 2011: Chick-fil-A says the phrase is too similar to its trademarked “Eat More Chikin” slogan. But even with Vermont Governor Peter Shumlin on his side, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has given him a “preliminary no” to run his small business. Muller-Moore has six months to respond to the ruling. We suggest stocking up on healthy tees now. [Earlier, Earlier, WP via Consumerist]
