The combined culinary prowess of Richard Rosendale and his commis Corey Siegel were sufficient for team USA to earn seventh place earlier this year in Lyon, but organizers are already looking ahead to the next round. Atera’s Matt Lightner, Benu chef Corey Lee, Scott Conant, Susan Spicer, John Besh, Bryan Voltaggio, and more have now joined the Bocuse d’Or USA Foundation’s Culinary Council and will lend their support and skills to the organization’s projects.
