Neal Srawder’s Bigmista’s Barbecue, which took Gold’s seal of approval for the divine pig candy, burnt ends, pastrami, and beef ribs that this meat smoker regularly prepares at local farmers markets, is looking to expand into its own brick-and-mortar restaurant.
