All of the potential clubgoers who rushed out and got fake I.D.'s in anticipation of the arrival of the 16,000-square-foot Manchester import Sankeys way back in 2010 are all probably now of legal drinking age. The club is still coming, DNAinfo reports, but is now bound for the troubled District 36 space in midtown, which closed last year after a customer fell from a balcony and later died. Representatives of the incoming venue will appear before CB5 Manhattan's Public Safety and Quality of Life Committee tomorrow night. [CB5, DNAinfo, Earlier]
