Artuso Pastry Shop in the Bronx is making cookies bearing Pope Francis’s face, and Bice restaurant is offering a pope-inspired main course. How else would you celebrate this historic event? Bice’s churrasco ravioli with chimichurri combines the signature meat and salsa of Argentina with the Italian pasta Francis’s parents ate before immigrating to Buenos Aires, and Artuso’s cookies are black-and-white (no symbolism; they’re just delicious).
