Berkeley: Eat + Lounge, the two-month-old replacement for Sea Salt where chef Quyen Vu had stayed on board, is already closed without explanation. [Scoop]
Oakland: And as was foretold last week, Scream Sorbet has gone dark, but a little sooner than expected. The city shut them down because they never fully built out their shop, and they were serving stuff out of their sorbet cart. [EBX]
