Flour + Co. Bakery Opening in One Month in Lower Nob Hill

A new bakery called Flour + Co., from a former director of operations for La Boulange, is debuting April 1 at 1030 Hyde Street if all goes smoothly. Tablehopper first reported on the project in the fall, and the plan is to offer a selection of classic American baked goods (sweet and savory biscuits, pies, sticky buns, cookies), as well as homemade jams, all made with high-quality ingredients. There will be drip coffee and espresso from Stumptown Roasters, and there will be a savory side too, with breakfast and lunch, including things like a chicken pot pie.
