$4 million-plus 4,955-square-foot penthouses in Miami's Bellini condo development come with a sweet bonus: Le Bernardin-approved ecofriendly kitchens. This is the second apartment building in the country to include kitchens designed by Ripert, the first being an upscale New York condo in Chelsea.
