Barton G., the wacky Miami restaurant spreading its lobster Pop-Tarts and “Boarnie Madoff’s Bucket of Bones” to La Cienega, will open this June in a 1,900-square-foot space. Jeff O’Neill, a one-time StarChefs Rising Star who worked at Daniel and Le Bernadin before landing at Barton G. Weiss’ Dining Room at The Villa (of the Versace Mansion, that is), will help open the kitchen here, which already has its menu of tired references posted, with Bacchanalia-vet Luis Vasquez on pastry duty.
