Michael White’s Cooking at Hill Country

He’s kicking off Hill Country’s “Guest Pitmaster Series” with a dinner on Sunday, March 10. White will fuse Italian and Southern cuisines by cooking a $35 prix fixe meal that includes slow-cooked rosemary brisket, parmesan focaccia, pickled cauliflower, and a lemon tart. Dinner starts at 6 p.m., and you can reserve a seat by calling 212-255-4544. All proceeds go to the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City. Barbecue for a good cause, hooray!
