Danny Meyer is eyeing the now-shuttered Ollie’s Noodle Shop space at 1991 Broadway. The 7,500-square-foot opening is conveniently next to both an Apple store and a tiny public park (gasp, yuppie perfection!). “We look for compelling sites in great neighborhoods,” a Shake Shack rep told Gothamist. “We have decided not to comment on any of these rumors, unless we have something concrete to share.” Let’s hope that concrete is Jelly’s Last Donut or Shark Attack.
