Tennessee and Tuscan Truffles at Spiaggia

Sarah Gruenberg and Tony Mantuano of Spiaggia will host chef Jason Lenn of Tennessee’s highly vaunted Blackberry Farm for a truffle dinner entitled Tartufi della Toscana and Truffles of Tennessee.

The six-course menu will showcase, obviously, both Tuscan truffles and those that hail from Tennessee, with a reception preceding the dinner featuring passed antipasti and wine. Each course of the menu will feature Italian wine selections by Spiaggia’s sommelier, Jason Carlen. All of this goes down on Jan. 17 at 6:30 p.m. for $175 for James Beard Foundation members, or $200 for the general public. The proceeds benefit the James Beard Foundation and can be purchased by calling Spiaggia. Check out the menu and pairings below.
