The beer taps at the bar at the Financial District Hilton just got some revision via certified cicerone and Social Kitchen brewmaster Rich Higgins, and they’re now all local craft beers. Higgins has stocked the draft list at Restaurant 750 and Flyte Beer & Wine Bar with fourteen Bay Area brews, including Heretic’s Evil Cousin pale ale, brewed in Pittsburg; Almanac’s Extra Pale Ale; and Anderson Valley Brewing’s Brother David’s Double.
