Over in the West Village, the two-year-old Lyon Bouchon Moderne has been closed for at least a month, and its OpenTable account is “offline.” Updates to its Twitter feed and Tumblr cut off abruptly in early October, however, and neighbors say they have not seen anyone working inside the space for a while.
