Raphael in Studio City lost Executive Chef Adam Horton this weekend. Horton shares he is no longer associated with the restaurant effective immediately. Despite receiving praise from area bloggers and ‘hounds alike, apparently management had different visions. The split was “amicable” and the chef says he is currently “exploring other opportunities” in L.A. The remainder of the Saddle Peak Lounge team which arrived with Horton has departed as well. [GS]

Jameson’s Hollywood opened just in time to present the Pacqiuao fight. The Filipino actor-singer-buttkicker lost, but Jameson’s had the Jameson flowing. There are bottomless mimosas, bellinis & bloody marys for $9.95– Friday through Sunday until 3:00 P.M. and 28 whopping TV’s. There seems to be also daily happy hour, but we’re still teary eyed from Pac-man’s great fall.
