A few seats for Will BYOB’s colossal, 20-course Multi-sensory Dinner on Tuesday night remain available. Chef-owner Christopher Kearse is teaming with conceptual culinary artist Rob Sidor’s Inspiracle for the lavish tasting odyssey that a rep for the restaurant promises will engage all the senses. Sample dishes include exploding Wianno oyster, with salsify, oyster leaf and licorice vapor, and rabbit and foie gras rilette with caramelized white soy and mangosteen. Reservations are going for $200 per person, and $350 for couples. Act quick, available seats will likely be gobbled up today.
