Spencer ETA Burger, the University City spinoff of popular lunch and brunch spots Sabrina’s Cafe, recently rolled out an expanded menu. And with the broader selection of burgers, the shop’s also extending its hours of operation. Owners Robert and Raquel DeAbreu, who opened the burger joint last Spring, say that up until this point, they were “testing the waters,” but the addition of new menu items, and longer hours, means their concept’s officially arrived. The menu now offers nine burger combinations — everything from the Ultimate Spencer Burger (roasted peppers, turkey bacon, caramelized onions, raspberry-herbed ketchup, and more) to the Buffalo-sauced Southwest Gobbler — all available with beef, turkey or veggie burger patties. New hours will keep Spencer ETA Burger open Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sundays and Mondays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
