Ricardo Zarate Previews Paiche With Josiah Citrin, Bryant Ng, and Kris Yenbamroong

Mo-Chica maestro Ricardo Zarate is offering a two-night look at his new project, Paiche, with separate ceviche beer-pairing dinners offered at his Downtown restaurant on December 9 and again on the 16th. The first night of “The Ceviche Dinner Series” will find Zarate teamed up with Melisse’s Josiah Citrin on a four-course menu starring uni in every dish, along with a dessert and beer tastes from New Belgium.

The following Sunday, Zarate will be joined by Night + Market’s Kris Yenbamroong and Spice Table’s Bryant Ng, for six creative servings of ceviche, including one with duck and an exploration of “hot” ceviches, with ale provided by Firestone Walker.

Seatings are spread throughout each evening, with tickets at $85 per person for the first evening (a twelve-beer flight is offered at an additional $12), and $75 for the second night (with a $16 flight), ten-percent of which will go to Red Cross’ hurricane relief efforts.
