See the Star Chefs Come Out at Last Night’s Food & Wine Chefs Showcase

It’s one of the glitziest events of the dining year, the Food & Wine Chef Showcase in Chicago, held last night at the Museum of Contemporary Art with a cast of every A-list chef you can think of. As well as editors from Food & Wine who, for one night, walk the earth of Chicago as mortals. Our man Huge Galdones was there, capturing not only the star power but the spectacular food that being in the presence of their hottest colleagues inspired these chefs to create for the evening.
