Two new restaurants have arrived in little Healdsburg, one of which, Bravas Bar de Tapas (420 Center Street), opens tonight in the former Ravenous space. As earlier reported, it’s a new Spanish restaurant from owner Mark Stark featuring tapas, cheese, sangria, Spanish cocktails, and jamón Ibérico hand sliced by one of the staff “ham boners.” (See one of their Master Ham Boner t-shirts here.) Also, a new Greek bistro called Taverna Sofia (244 Healdsburg Avenue), from chef Sofia Petridis-Lim, just opened a couple of weeks ago. See that menu here. [BiteClub, Earlier]
