Writer-photographer dynamos Noah Fecks and Paul Wagtouicz are turning their amazing blog the Way We Ate into a book. Publishers Marketplace (subscription required) says the book, to be published next fall by Touchstone, will look at the “American century in recipes, with numerous chefs and food writers creating modern takes on dishes inspired by the years 1901 to 2000.” The retro-gastronauts (who are also friends of Grub Street) have been cooking their way through every single back issue of Gourmet and documenting the result since last year.
