Former Dos Caminos Chef Scott Linquist Back at Border Grill

Last April, Scott Linquist, the former Dos Caminos chef who authored a modern Mexican cookbook and once held a kitchen position at Border Grill almost 20 years ago in Santa Monica, joined the team at Mucho Ultima in Manhattan Beach. Today, Mary Sue and Susan announce that they’ve snatched this chef back, anointing him the new executive chef at Downtown’s Border Grill who will also oversee ops for The Border Grill truck and catering team. With Linquist back behind the Border, Mary Sue Milliken says, “Our combined experience and love of food adventures is going explode onto the menu.”
