Speaking of Planning Commission agenda items, there’s a new piece of restaurant real estate coming into being at the corner of 15th and Market, the site of a 76 gas station (2175 Market Street). It’s one of several brand new condo projects coming to the Castro environs, and it’s recommended for approval as we speak, and in its base at the triangular corner will be a double-height restaurant space of about 2,400 square feet. We’re obviously a long ways out on this one, and the gas station still hasn’t even been demo’d, but just so you’re aware.
