Komodo, one of the city’s first food trucks to come in off of the streets, is considering plans for a second brick-and-mortar location of its cafe. The new Komodo will be an expanded “tavern-like” experience with beer and wine and a bigger menu, Eater learns this week, while Food GPS takes a look into the existing one-and-a-half-year-old business, detailing its own repeat visits for menu additions and Erwin Tjahyadi’s Mochiko fried chicken. Currently, Komodo still has one of its two trucks out on the road. [Eater; Food GPS]
