Start saving up for those 30-liter, Midas-format Armand de Brignac bottles now: The former owner of Greenhouse, Juliet Supper Club, and RSVP looks to be opening a second location of that last one, in the old home of semi-private lounge Frederick’s, at 8 West 58th Street. New York Nightlife first heard the rumor this summer that the nightclub promoter was attached to the space.

The existing RSVP is a restaurant that sends out the occasional burlesque dancer or two, and serves all-day brunch and foie gras dumplings. It opened earlier this year in Soho on Watts Street. Jon B., who also goes by Jon Bakhshi, filed an application for an on-premise liquor license yesterday with the State Liquor Authority.
