There are only a few seats left for the pork and ramen spectacular guest chef Ivan Orkin is cooking tonight at the Breslin. As mentioned earlier, April Bloomfield will start the night off with a pig-butchering demo, after which Orkin and the Breslin’s executive chef Peter Cho will pick up the cuts and cook five courses. The just-released menu is a mix of noodle and izakaya-style dishes, like Orkin’s "tonkotsu triple fat" mazemen, shoyu tsukemen with flying fish roe and toasted rye noodles, and Tokyo-style crispy pork meatballs.
