The recently repatriated ramen king Ivan Orkin, who’s still working around the clock to open his first noodle shop in Manhattan this fall, will cook a five-course nose-to-tail dinner at the Breslin this Wednesday night. Tickets, which include sake and shochu pairings, are $150. April Bloomfield will start the night off with a pig-butchering demo, after which executive chef Peter Cho (who normally goes through around four suckling pigs a night at the restaurant), will get to work alongside Orkin. Here’s a link to buy tickets. [Peter Cho/Twitter, Earlier]
