The restaurateur Gabe Stulman’s forthcoming French-American bistro with Tien Ho will be called Montmartre, the Times reports. Opening in Chelsea, it’s Stulman’s first project outside the Village, and while no more details about Tien Ho’s menu are given, you can get a taste of the ex-Momofuku chef de cuisine’s food at Jeffrey’s Grocery, where he collaborates with the restaurant group’s other chefs on its eclectic menu.
