That wee little café at 244 Gough Street, which while being unrelated to the famous Tartine Bakery has held on to the name Tartine Café for some time, has finally decided to change its name. The new owners, who took over two years ago, are named Talbot, so they’ve gone with Talbot Café, and they’ve remodeled the place an taken the menu in a more modern-coffeeshop direction. As Hayeswire reports, they’re doing made-to-order omelettes, sandwiches, coffee drinks, beer, and wine. [Hayeswire]
