Max Wade, the teenager who allegedly stole Guy Fieri’s yellow Lamborghini last year, is in court in Marin County and testimony began today in a preliminary hearing.* Wade also allegedly shot a gun at two other teenagers in Mill Valley, one of whom was a girl he might have been sweet on and whom he may have been trying to impress with said Lamborghini, and the two teens, Landon Wahlstrom, 19, and Eva Dedier, 18, were the first to testify. The Deputy District Attorney also mentioned that incident in August in which it appears some friends were trying to bust through a wall at Marin’s Juvenile Hall to bust Wade out of jail. In addition to possession of a stolen car, Wade’s been charged with attempted murder, shooting into an occupied vehicle, burglary, and auto theft. [CBS]
