We know what you’re thinking: Blue Ribbon restaurateurs Eric and Bruce Bromberg just opened that giant izakaya in April, and now they’re opening another place? It’s all true. Diner’s Journal reports the brothers will open the 65-seat Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken next spring at 28 East 1st Street, where the menu will consist of fried chicken, chicken burgers, salad, and housemade ice cream.
