Velvet Room (at the Clift) Hosts Its First Wine Dinner With Chalk Hill

Velvet Room, which took over from Asia de Cuba in the space adjacent to the Redwood Room two years back, is hosting its first ever winemaker dinner with Sonoma’s Chalk Hill. They’re offering a $65 prix fixe on September 12, which includes four courses with wine pairings, and that’s a pretty swell deal, all things considered. Also, See more details, and the menu, below.
