Yigit Pura’s new patisserie Tout Sweet launched their savory menu today, which includes this egg sandwich featuring Marin Sun Farms brown-sugar-glazed bacon, a sous-vide egg, frisée, and a fresh-baked brioche bun. Pura already had a ham-and-cheese “pop tart” available, and now there will be even more options for your breakfast and lunching needs. Also, as we’ve known for a while, Pura has plans to expand Tout Sweet to multiple locations, though he’s staying mum about where those will be for now. Employees at the Macy’s location, however, have been talking up the expansion to customers, and we’ll alert you as soon as we find out which neighborhood the patisserie is headed to next.
