If you’re yet to get your hands on Casey Lane’s Époisses-topped burger at The Parish, Monday might be the day for lift-off. The Downtown gastropub is offering all of its draft beers for just three-dollars (whoops, we fucked this whole thing up, it appears all draft beers are three dollars off, not $3) from 5:00 P.M. to closing, a State-sourced selection that includes brews from Eagle Rock, Ladyface, Strand Brewing Co., and The Bruery, along with a Black Bee cocktail made with bourbon, honey, lemon, and stout. Parish bar manager John Coltharp will even pair the beer to a dish, all in honor of National Drink Beer Day, also known as everyday in our office.
