Last we checked in on Joshua Scott Albert, the Staphmeal blogger was a wanted man. The D.A.’s office had charged him with three counts of criminal solicitation to commit murder in response to a page he set up on Facebook titled, “Kill Seth Williams,” and issued a warrant for his arrest. Today he’s in custody with bail set at $300,000, and he will likely remain there until he can post the $30,000 needed to get sprung, the Daily News reports. Albert, who turned himself in yesterday, told the web-based podcast Panic Hour earlier this week that “being on the lam is no fun,” adding “I pissed off some people, and they are really, really coming for me.” [Daily News]
