Ryan Skeen’s Next Move


The Food Doc gets a sneak peek of an upcoming project from stove-hopper Ryan Skeen — 83 1/2, which apparently opens on the UES later this month. There are 60 seats, including a five-stool chef’s counter, where customers will be able to watch Skeen and the crew prepare the largely seafood- and veg-leaning menu, including grilled Mayan prawns with coco beans and kale, and roasted carrots with coconut and cilantro chutney.
