Hungry presidential contendor Mitt Romney and his wife, Ann, were spotted supping at their friendly neighborhood restaurant, Il Casale, over the weekend.

The duo was joined in Belmont Center by son Tagg and daughter-in-law Jennifer. The family apparently enjoyed chef Dante DeMagistris’s tagliatelle, though a tipster tells us that Romney suggested that Dante serve the meal on a plate, not a bowl, so that he could “lick it clean.” How un-Mitt like! He also had gnocchi, while Ann feasted on trotta and caprese salad.
