Hawk’s Tavern Loses Another Chef [Updated]

It looks like Peter Schumacher (Buckeye Roadhouse) and partners Rick Ronald and Mike House* will be looking for chef number four at Hawk’s Tavern in Mill Valley, which only opened about ten months ago. Opening chef Michael Thiemann and his replacement Rob Lind both departed within the first four months, and now a tipster tells us that Joe Waggoner, a former sous chef at Wayfare Tavern, has resigned. We’ll let you know if we hear word on his replacement. Update: The new chef is Saphir Rezzoug.
