Summer isn’t over yet. But by the time the plates have been cleared from Sunday night’s “End of Summer” barbecue at Jose Garces’ Chifa, sadly the season will be all but concluded. And to give it proper sending off party, the Latin-Asian restaurant’s chef de cuisine Natalie Maronski is serving a globally-inspired selection of grilled and barbecued meats, plus a bunch of starters and sides. The whole all-you-can-eat feast costs $35 per person.

The dinner includes Peruvian ceviche with leche de tigre, sweet potato, rocoto aioli and pickled onions; Mizuna salad with jicama ribbons, melon, smoked marcona almonds and pickled ginger dressing; Housemade kimchi and assorted pickles; spicy wok-fired greens; and crispy humita. Several carving stations will be set up inside the restaurant, serving Asian BBQ pork shoulder; black pepper soy-glazed beef ribs; and Korean BBQ chicken, all served with steamed buns and tortillas.
