Someone’s Infecting Charlestown With Poisoned Hot Dogs

Evil.
Evil.

A rogue landscaper is accused of dousing hot dogs in anti-freeze and then depositing them on the ground for actual dogs to eat, the Charlestown Patch reports. Residents saw the guy with a five-gallon bucket of a blue/green solution believed to be antifreeze with hot dogs soaking inside. Seriously?

The landscaper is well-known in Charlestown for leaving hot dog pieces in his wake. He has also confessed to trying to poison dogs, say residents, who reported him to police. According to several dog owners, neighborhood pups have been eating the dirty dogs and getting sick. The Patch says to avoid Main and Bunker Hill streets until further notice.

However, in happier hot dog news: Kendall Square’s Area Four now has a hot dog cart! [Chowder, Patch]
