It should be a cinch finding your way to Center Bar, which opens October 4 at the Time Warner Center. As the name suggests, it’s located smack dab in the middle of everything. Just take the escalator to the fourth floor, and there you are. The 52-seat spot is the first foray into the love-’em-or-hate-’em world of small plates for veteran chef Michael Lomonaco, who runs the neighboring Porter House New York, and judging by the menu, he’s pulling out all the stops. It’s Royal-Sterling-caviar this and charred-Wagyu-beef-sashimi that, tons of Champagne, and a fairly encyclopedic list of cocktails. The dishes range in price from $12 to $87, but the views of Columbus Circle and Central Park are free.
