We’ll be one of the contestants at a benefit party at Sono Wood Fired Pizza Monday, October 1 from 6:30 to 9:00 p.m. In the first annual Palate Challenge, we’ll be competing with Anthony Todd (Chicagoist), our man Huge Galdones, Chandra Ram (Plate magazine), Nick Kindelsperger (Serious Eats Chicago), Heather Sperling (Tasting Table) and Tatiana Abramova (TheBrideScoop.com), given 30 minutes to try to identify 20 ingredients by taste— while blindfolded.
