Ubuntu Space Officially on the Market

Well, it was, and then it maybe wasn’t, but now it definitely is. Ubuntu, up in Napa, is not likely to return as Eater discovers the place on a broker’s website. Owner Sandy Lawrence has been cagey about her plans, and prospective takers Lissa Doumani and Hiro Sone backed out of a deal because she apparently wanted too much to lease the space. It’s now being packaged with the beer and wine license, and she is accepting offers. For what it’s worth, one selling point is “excellent Feng Shui.” [Eater, Earlier]
