Sex, drugs, rock and roll…and fireworks?! Guess so. Eater hears that Michael Carlson, the brillant chef behind Schwa, was arrested for disturbing the peace with none other than fireworks. Essentially, the alley behind Schwa was like Lake Michigan on the fourth of July; it was said that he was setting off “not a small amount of fireworks” in succession.
