Top Chef champ Kevin Sbraga is going to kick it with David Katz tonight at Morgan’s Pier. The two are teaming up to present a Brazilian barbecue as part of the riverfront restaurant and bar’s ongoing guest chef happy hour series, which previously brought former Fork chef (and chef-owner of soon-to-open Tavro 13) Terence Feury, and will have Michael Solomonov on board for a cookout in September. For tonight’s feast, the chefs are serving Cachaca-marinated skirt steak, grilled chourico, rice and beans, steamed mandioca, and more. The happy hour runs 5 to 7 p.m.
