A decade-old Amsterdam service called Oysters XO recently landed in New York, with a passel of sexy shuckers who roam parties offering slurps from buckets slung around their waists. “The oyster girls,” as they’re known, dress according to the occasion and are schooled in discussion points on mollusks’ aphrodisiac qualities, plus they can be rented by the hour.
