This story just keeps getting better! 18-year-old Max Wade, who’s being held in Marin County Juvenile Hall on charges of grand theft auto (for stealing Guy Fieri’s Lamborghini last year and stowing it in a storage locker in Richmond) and attempted murder (relating to a girl who scorned him whom he shot at in Mill Valley) had a friend try to bust him out this morning! Staffers at the facility heard a thumping sound on one of the exterior walls around 4:30 a.m., and later discovered evidence that a person or persons had been attempting to break through the wall where Wade’s cell is located.

A sledgehammer, bolt cutters, and a backpack were found at the scene, but no suspects were apprehended, and there was no escape for Wade.

All we have to say is: These kids have some balls.
