Grub gets word that Scott Gerber’s Gerber Group (Lillium, Living Room) is planning a “Kitchen + Bar” concept for the Westin revamp of the Helmsley Hotel on 42nd Street. Expect “design inspired by nature,” seasonal food, and a serious cocktail program; that should bow sometime between now and October.
